I was with my human and then something unexpected happened: I wasn't with my human anymore. I was on my own. My human wasn't there. That's okay, I'm a cat. I don't need humans. I do, however, like regular meals. So while I was unconcerned being on my own, (cat, remember?) I didn't want to starve.
When it looked like the other human who's been around, (definitely NOT as willing to pet me as MY human,) was leaving, I grabbed the opportunity to tag along just to be sure I got fed.
Yep, I stowed away.
At first I felt a twinge that I might never see my human again, but then I'm a cat named Yin. If he named me, I had to believe I would see him again. In the interim I needed to eat. Since I started out as an international traveler, I decided to see where this ended up.
I found myself in this place called Los Angeles. It was warmer than where I started out. Since I'm a cat, I like being warm. Being warm was a win in my book if I couldn't be with my human. I just hope my human is okay and that we meet again.
All in all, I'm a lucky cat.
Feed me. Pet me. <purr, purr>
